一、活性炭催化燃燒

1、 Activated carbon catalytic combustion

揮發(fā)性有機(jī)廢氣（VOCs）經(jīng)快捷過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾后，進(jìn)入蜂窩活性炭吸附模塊被吸附、濃縮，借助催化劑使有機(jī)廢氣在較低的起燃溫度條件下，發(fā)生無(wú)焰燃燒，并氧化分解為二氧化碳和水，從而達(dá)到凈化廢氣的目的。

After being filtered by a high-efficiency filter, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) enter the honeycomb activated carbon adsorption module for adsorption and concentration. With the help of a catalyst, the organic waste gas undergoes flameless combustion at a lower ignition temperature and is oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, thereby achieving the goal of purifying the waste gas.

二、沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪催化燃燒

2、 Zeolite rotary catalytic combustion

沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附濃縮裝置以陶瓷纖維為基材，表面涂覆疏水性沸石做吸附劑，通過(guò)沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪對(duì)揮發(fā)性有機(jī)廢氣進(jìn)行吸附壓縮，提高濃度，再將高濃度的廢氣分子脫附后送入催化氧化爐進(jìn)行無(wú)焰燃燒，分解成二氧化碳和水，達(dá)到對(duì)有機(jī)廢氣凈化的目的。

The zeolite rotary adsorption concentration device uses ceramic fibers as the substrate and is coated with hydrophobic zeolite as the adsorbent on the surface. 三、蓄熱式燃燒分解

蓄熱式燃燒分解技術(shù)是在直接燃燒法的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展出來(lái)的新技術(shù)，通過(guò)燃燒天然氣在高溫下將有機(jī)廢氣氧化分解為二氧化碳和水，實(shí)現(xiàn)凈化處理。RTO設(shè)備內(nèi)裝有陶瓷蓄熱體，能夠?qū)⑷紵龔U氣時(shí)產(chǎn)生的熱量充分利用起來(lái)，且系統(tǒng)維護(hù)工作少，與直接燃燒法相比，大大降低了運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。由于節(jié)能效果明顯 ，RTO設(shè)備在有機(jī)廢氣治理中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。

Thermal storage combustion decomposition technology is a new technology developed on the basis of direct combustion method, which oxidizes and decomposes organic waste gas into carbon dioxide and water at high temperature by burning natural gas, achieving purification treatment. The RTO equipment is equipped with ceramic heat storage bodies, which can fully utilize the heat generated during the combustion of exhaust gas, and require less system maintenance work. Compared with direct combustion methods, it greatly reduces operating costs. Due to its significant energy-saving effect, RTO equipment has been widely used in organic waste gas treatment.

RTO設(shè)備對(duì)揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的去除效率較高，兩室RTO裝置VOCs的去除率在95%—98%，三室RTO裝置VOCs去除率可達(dá)98%以上，是目前我國(guó)有機(jī)廢氣治理的主要技術(shù)之一 。

RTO equipment has a high removal efficiency for volatile organic compounds, with a removal rate of 95% -98% for VOCs in two chamber RTO devices and over 98% in three chamber RTO devices. It is currently one of the main technologies for organic waste gas treatment in China.
