The large amount of wastewater generated in the industrial production process, if discharged directly without treatment, will cause serious damage to the water environment and ecosystem. Wastewater treatment equipment is a key technological device for achieving sewage purification and water resource recycling. It uses multiple methods such as physics, chemistry, and biology to turn "turbid currents" into "clear springs".
廢水處理設(shè)備按處理工藝可分為預(yù)處理設(shè)備、生化處理設(shè)備、深度處理設(shè)備、污泥處理設(shè)備和智能控制設(shè)備五大類(lèi)。預(yù)處理階段通過(guò)格柵、沉砂池、調(diào)節(jié)池、氣浮池等設(shè)備去除廢水中的懸浮物、油脂和調(diào)節(jié)水質(zhì)水量。以某醫(yī)化產(chǎn)業(yè)園污水處理廠為例,其工業(yè)污水預(yù)處理采用“調(diào)節(jié)池+水解酸化池+氣浮池+初沉池”的組合工藝。生化處理階段是去除有機(jī)污染物的核心環(huán)節(jié),常見(jiàn)工藝包括A?/O(厭氧-缺氧-好氧)、AO(缺氧-好氧)、MBR(膜生物反應(yīng)器)等。A?/O相結(jié)合設(shè)備能夠同步脫氮除磷,運(yùn)行成本低、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)便,是城鎮(zhèn)生活污水和農(nóng)村分散式污水處理的主流選擇。

Wastewater treatment equipment can be divided into five categories according to the treatment process: pretreatment equipment, biochemical treatment equipment, advanced treatment equipment, sludge treatment equipment, and intelligent control equipment. In the pretreatment stage, suspended solids, oils and fats in the wastewater are removed and the water quality and quantity are regulated through equipment such as grids, sedimentation tanks, regulating tanks, and air flotation tanks. Taking a certain medical and chemical industrial park sewage treatment plant as an example, its industrial sewage pretreatment adopts a combination process of "regulating tank+hydrolysis acidification tank+air flotation tank+primary sedimentation tank". The biochemical treatment stage is the core step in removing organic pollutants, and common processes include A?/O (anaerobic anoxic aerobic), AO (anoxic aerobic), MBR (membrane bioreactor), etc. The A?/O integrated equipment can synchronously remove nitrogen and phosphorus, with low operating costs and easy maintenance, making it the mainstream choice for urban domestic sewage and rural decentralized sewage treatment.
深度處理階段則通過(guò)快捷沉淀、反硝化濾池、臭氧催化氧化、生物炭濾池等手段進(jìn)一步去除難降解有機(jī)物和氮磷等營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)。某醫(yī)化產(chǎn)業(yè)園污水處理廠采用“預(yù)臭氧接觸池+絮凝沉淀池+AO生化池+芬頓氧化池+快捷沉淀池+臭氧催化氧化池+生物濾池+轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)濾池”組合工藝,對(duì)主要污染物(COD、氨氮、總氮、苯胺)的去除率分別達(dá)到95.2%、95.1%、87.9%、94.6%。污泥處理則采用“重力濃縮+高壓隔膜板框”工藝,可將污泥含水率壓至60%以下。
In the deep processing stage, difficult to degrade organic matter and nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus are further removed through efficient sedimentation, denitrification filter, ozone catalytic oxidation, and biochar filter. The sewage treatment plant in a certain medical and chemical industrial park adopts a combination process of "pre ozone contact tank+flocculation sedimentation tank+AO biochemical tank+Fenton oxidation tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+ozone catalytic oxidation tank+biological filter+rotary filter", and the removal rates of major pollutants (COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, aniline) reach 95.2%, 95.1%, 87.9%, and 94.6%, respectively. The sludge treatment adopts the "gravity concentration+high-pressure diaphragm plate frame" process, which can reduce the moisture content of the sludge to below 60%.
在工業(yè)廢水處理領(lǐng)域,不同行業(yè)的廢水特性差異巨大,需要針對(duì)性地選擇處理工藝。對(duì)于制藥廢水,磁混凝和快捷混凝沉淀結(jié)合技術(shù)可有效去除COD、色度和濁度;對(duì)于高氨氮、高總氮的發(fā)酵制藥廢水,兩級(jí)AO/MBR-絮凝沉淀-反硝化濾池工藝可取得良好效果。隨著廢水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不斷提高,越來(lái)越多的工業(yè)廢水處理項(xiàng)目要求出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
In the field of industrial wastewater treatment, the characteristics of wastewater in different industries vary greatly, and targeted treatment processes need to be selected. For pharmaceutical wastewater, the combination of magnetic coagulation and high-efficiency coagulation sedimentation technology can effectively remove COD, chromaticity, and turbidity; For fermentation pharmaceutical wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen, the two-stage AO/MBR flocculation sedimentation denitrification filter process can achieve good results.
